Alisa Matheny is an accomplished Associate Broker licensed in both Georgia and Alabama. With a strong foundation of experience and deep community ties as a native of Troup County, Alisa is known for her client-first approach, integrity, unmatched professionalism and brings a wealth of local knowledge and market expertise to every transaction. She is affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS®, Troup County, Columbus and Newnan-Coweta Board of REALTORS®, as well as Georgia MLS, Columbus MLS, and Lee County AL MLS and Residential Real Estate Council (RRC). She is a member of Rosemont Baptist Church, a sustainer in the LaGrange Junior Service League, has served on the LaGrange Alzheimer’s Walk Committee, in leadership roles with the Troup County Board of REALTORS® including Secretary/Treasurer (2015-2017), Community Service Committee (2017-2020) serving as the Co-Chair in 2019 and as President-Elect for 2024 and 2025. She has also been involved in the West Georgia Health Foundation Insiders (2023) and has been currently serving as a Diplomat with the LaGrange-Troup County Chamber of Commerce since 2023. Alisa is a proud wife, mother of three grown children, and Nana, to seven wonderful grandchildren, and she understands the importance of finding the right home for every stage of life. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and cheering on her grandchildren for many sports and activities.
